Why businesses choose Eveneum

Accounting that is predictable, transparent and actually done on time

Most firms keep their scope vague and their price list private. We publish both. You know what is included, what it costs, and when it will be delivered before you commit.

  • Flat monthly fee. No hourly billing and nothing on an invoice you have not agreed to first.
  • Named accountant. One person who stays on your file and knows your business, backed by a second reviewer on every return.
  • Fixed delivery dates. Books closed and reports delivered by the 20th, 15th or 10th depending on your package.
  • US-hours coverage. Overlap with US business hours and a reply within one business day on most packages.
  • Secure by default. Encrypted document portal, e-signature, and a team working under binding NDAs.

Common questions

Questions people ask before they sign

My books are months behind. Can you still take me on?
Yes. We clear the backlog first as a separate fixed-fee project, quoted per month of backlog after we see the file, then the monthly package starts from a clean opening balance.
What counts as a transaction for pricing?
One line on a bank or credit card statement. Invoices you raise, bills you enter and transfers between your own accounts are not counted. If you go over your limit two months running we tell you and quote the next tier rather than invoicing you quietly.
Who actually does the work, and where are you based?
A named accountant on our team in Ahmedabad, India handles your file day to day, with a second person reviewing every return before it is filed. We keep US business-hours coverage and a US phone line, and you deal with the same accountant month after month.
Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?
A one-time onboarding fee of $250 covers the chart of accounts review, connecting your feeds and reading last year's return. It is waived if you prepay twelve months. Packages are month to month with thirty days' notice and no exit fee.
What happens if I decide to leave?
Thirty days' notice, no exit fee, and you receive the full export pack: your QuickBooks or Xero file, every return we filed, and the workpapers behind them.
