Add-ons and one-time work

Everything the packages do not cover, priced here

Most firms keep this list private and produce it on the invoice. We publish it, so you can work out your real annual cost before you talk to us. Anything here can be added to any package, or bought on its own.

The price list

Prices are per item unless stated. Where a government filing fee applies it is passed through at cost, never marked up.

Prices shown are our standard rates for straightforward work. Where a job is genuinely bigger than the description, we quote it in writing before starting, and you can say no. Nothing on this list ever appears on an invoice you have not agreed to first.

How add-ons are billed

Three rules, so there is nothing to argue about later.

1

Agreed before, not after

Any add-on is confirmed by email with the fee stated, and we wait for your reply. Work does not start on a verbal maybe.

2

Government fees at cost

State filing fees, registration fees and e-filing charges are passed through exactly as billed, with the receipt attached.

3

Recurring add-ons roll into the monthly fee

If payroll or sales tax becomes part of every month, we fold it into one flat monthly figure rather than invoicing you twice.

Tell us what your year actually looks like

We will put the package and the add-ons together into one annual number, in writing, before you commit to anything.
