Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you engage Eveneum Solutions.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By engaging Eveneum Solutions Private Limited ("Eveneum") for accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, sales tax, or business and individual tax preparation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with the written scope and fee confirmed for your engagement.
2. Scope of services
Eveneum provides professional US accounting and tax preparation services based on financial information provided by the client. The services included in each package and the prices for add-on and one-time services are published on this website. The exact scope and fee for your engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Any additional work is confirmed by email, with the fee stated, before it starts.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely financial records, bank statements and tax documentation, and warrant that all records provided are true, accurate and lawful. Eveneum relies on client-provided data for preparing tax filings and monthly books. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving returns before filing and for paying any taxes due.
4. Fees, payment and subscriptions
Monthly packages are billed monthly at the agreed flat fee and continue month to month until cancelled with thirty days' notice. Annual tax packages and one-time services are billed at the agreed fixed quote. Government filing fees are passed through at cost. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Services may be suspended if invoices remain overdue for more than fifteen business days.
5. Transaction limits and tier changes
Each monthly package includes a stated number of monthly transactions. If a client's volume exceeds the included limit in two consecutive months, Eveneum will notify the client and quote the next tier. No change to the monthly fee takes effect until agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation and data export
Either party may end a monthly engagement with thirty days written notice. No exit fee applies. On termination the client receives an export pack containing the accounting software file, all returns filed by Eveneum and the supporting workpapers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eveneum shall not be liable for penalties or interest resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or late documentation provided by the client, or for delays caused by third-party government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue. Eveneum's aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Eveneum treats all client information as confidential and handles it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any engagement-specific terms agreed in writing take precedence over these general terms to the extent of any conflict.
